Breakfast chain expanding with second location in former east Louisville restaurant

From one well-known restaurant location to another.Steve Ritchie, founder and CEO of Endeavor Restaurant Group, is expanding the Big Bad Breakfast brand with a second Louisville location in the former Corbett’s: An American Place building on Norton Healthcare Boulevard.This is the second Big Bad Breakfast opening of Endeavor Restaurant Group, who launched the first location in February in the former Lynn’s Paradise Cafe. The new restaurant is expected to open in late summer, according to a news release.The upscale restaurant Corbett’s closed in 2017, and Dean Corbett died the following year.Diners can expect the same breakfast and lunch offerings by James Beard award-winning chef, author and owner, John Currence in the new location, the release said.The restaurant will try to focus on regional ingredients and local flair.
